Our Policies

We want to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. By booking a reservation at The Sassy Moose Inn, you agree to the following policies and guidelines outlined below. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them and feel free to call us with any questions.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in is 4:00 PM
  • Check-out is 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

  • We have a 30 day non-refundable cancellation policy.
  • Guests cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount.
  • We charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival.

Additional Guests

  • Rooms prices are quoted are for two people per night and includes all amenities, including breakfast.
  • Additional adult(s) in the same room are $25 each per day.
  • Children 11 and under are free.

Pets

  • We are a pet-friendly inn, advance notification is required.
  • $40 one-time pet fee applies, per pet.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property and may not be left unattended.
  • Pets must be house-trained and owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
  • Guest are subject to an additional fee of $500 for any damage caused by their pets. Please contact us for more information.

Smoking

  • We are a smoke-free inn.
  • We have a designated outdoor smoking area located under a comfortable covered porch.
  • Guests found smoking in any of the rooms are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Sales Tax & Service Fees

  • All prices subject to 6% sales tax and a 5% lodging tax.

Spa Policies

  • Check-in 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy – Four (4) hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.
  • No shows will be charged 50% of service.
